Rhys’s career started off as trainee carpenter on site whilst working towards his City and Guild qualification in Carpentry. It wasn’t long before Rhys moved up through the ranks to become site agent and in charge of some very large refurbishments and liaising with some of the largest blue chip companies. Rhys decided to move out on his own as he felt there was the need for a building contractor that demonstrated transparency and accountability. From then on the business has witnessed exceptional growth based on this core ethos and is now working with many of the countries high street brands.

Matthew joined the Mansfield team in 2018 as Contracts Manager. Matthew has 15 years’ experience in both new build and renewable sectors and has delivered numerous projects not only under budget but also ahead of schedule. Matthew’s role is predominantly delivering the exceptional quality and service that Mansfield prides itself on and will liaise direct with clients and property managers alike. At his time in Mansfield he has grown the planned maintenance department and also runs the renewable energy arm of the company dealing with clients such as SAS energy and EON power.
Frank is a commercially minded and finance astute graduate Quantity Surveyor with strong interpersonal and good customer relation skills with experience in the UK Construction industry and a broad base of transferable skills through career in property and cost management. A Quantity Surveyor for Mansfield conducting site Surveying, preparing schedules and proving cost to clients as well carry out interim inspections, and snag works upon completion of projects.
More than 40 years in the construction industry directly employed by Contractor’s and Client’s, at various times, in the roles of Project Manager & Senior Building Surveyor on multi sites of new build & refurbishment. Currently employed by Mansfield as a Surveyor undertaking site surveys and providing schedules for estimating purposes.

Danielle joined Mansfield in 2012, she started out as Maintenance Helpdesk Co-ordinator before being promoted in 2014 to the role of Helpdesk Team leader and office manager. With her experience of both dealing with clients and engineers alike, she was ideally suited for the role. Danielle’s key role is to ensure the smooth function of the office and ensuring that the level of service provided by Mansfield is constantly high.

Olivia joined Mansfield in 2013 after qualifying from North West College with a distinction in a NVQ Level 3 in business and finance. Olivia’s responsibilities include having full control over the maintenance engineers. From programming and scheduling their weekly jobs to pricing back all their work to our clients. She makes phone calls to the pub managers every day to build up a strong relationship and to make sure they are receiving the high level of work from our engineers that Mansfield prides itself on.
